AMTDC is a one of its kind dedicated Centre of Excellence for Machine Tools and Production Technology,
focussed on creating commercially viable solutions in the field of capital goods manufacturing sector. We
serve as a bridge for the effective collaboration of academia and industry, which is essential for creating
new and advanced technologies for rapid commercial use.

Avenues for Collaboration
AMTDC undertakes collaborative research projects with interested Industrial Partners
under different modes.
With Government Schemes
The different departments of Government of India such as DHI, DIPP, DST, OPSA offer schemes for
collaborative developmental projects between academia and industry. The schemes provide either complete
funding or partial funding for carrying out collaborative projects.
Direct Collaboration
AMTDC can take up direct projects with industry and offer tailor made solutions to specific problems of
the
industry. AMTDC has dedicated researchers and engineers together with high performance computational
facility, R&D facility and manufacturing facility to offer comprehensive solution to industrial clients.
We
also have easy access to eminent faculty and bright students of IIT Madras along with the state of art
facilities at IIT Madras and IITM Research Park.
Skill Development
One of the main mandate of AMTDC is to create highly skilled manpower who are essentially STEM
professionals. AMTDC offers tailor made skill development program to suit specific needs of Industry in
collaboration with IMTMA and IIT Madras.

Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd
Mr. P.G. Jadeja and Mr. S.L. Jadeja being the promoters of Jyoti were involved in the machine tools business since 1989. This business including manufacturing of CNC machine was continued by them in Jyoti since 2002.Driven by a vision to build the company into a temple of technology through team work, the organization has grown manifold from manufacturing gear boxes for machines to developing precision all-geared head lathe machines and later on sophisticated CNC Machines. Continuous process improvement and fast adoption of State-of-the-art technology has led Jyoti in becoming a leader in innovating manufacturing techniques.

Micromatic Grinding Technologies Ltd
Starting in a rented shed, MGT now has 3 plants at Ghaziabad and 4th Plant at Bangalore (Started in 2008) covering a total area of approx. 20,000 sq. mt. of working area. Fully Air-Conditioned Assembly and sub-assembly areas at the 2 Ghaziabad Plants with 10,000 class dust-free spindle assembly. Area. Sheet Metal Machine enclosures are made and powder coated in the 3rd plant at Ghaziabad (wholly owned subsidiary Micromatic Manufacturing Systems Pvt. Ltd- MMS).
